Going on the dream next year. I’m assuming there are handicap rooms. I’ll need for a friend. If there are what deck are they on.

When you go the webpage and look at rooms, you can click that you need an accessible room and they'll show up. We were put in one on our first cruise on the Dream in 2013. My parents who actually needed the room were in the same space one floor above this past January. We also just were assigned to one on the Wish and it was great. I hope it works well for your friend!

I believe on the Dream, HA staterooms are only categories 8 (oceanview) and 4 (verandah). As mentioned, they are located on several different decks.

I have a accessible inside stateroom on the Dream in Feb. 2023. So they do have them for inside stateroom. ☺️

I have had to constantly recheck for availability. I advise getting a room in the category of your choice and switch to handicap as it becomes available. So hard to find if not at announcements dates. But canceled ones come up from time to time.
Did you need the roll-in bathroom? What need are you hoping to accommodate.
