Do any of the handicap restrooms in the parks have raised toilet seats?

Yes, all do.
I just have a few minutes - there is a link to bathroom info in post of the disABILITIES FAQs thread.

Not only do all the companion restrooms have raised seats, but also the disabled stalls in the regular restrooms do (at least the men's).

thanks. I'll look in the link above..I must have looked right at it earlier.

DD is very impressed by the bathrooms at WDW. Be aware that some bathrooms have two different types of handicapped stalls, I think some are a little larger and have grab bars, but the other ones are very large, and even have a sink inside. DD always waits for the larger one because it gives her more room to maneuver.

Thanks for the info.

My only concern will be hip precautions so I need the elevated toliet. I will be able to enter the stall without a ECV or Wheelchair so, the actual size of the stall won't matter to me.

If a restroom has both the larger and smaller HCP stall with raised toilet and grab bars, the smaller is normally right next to the larger stall, and it will be longer then any of the normal stalls.
