Handicap Parking

My husband will have a handicap parking sticker from Great Britian due to knee replacement surgery. Will that sticker be honored for parking or do we need to somehow get a US one before traveling?

We have used a Canadian HCP placard at WDW in the past without issue.

You really don't need a placard. You just ask for handicapped or medical parking. The handicapped signs were removed from the parking spots.

I disagree. As someone who HAS a placard, it most certainly IS needed for parking in handicap spots at Disney.
