We just got back from the 8/25 sailing on the Dream. Myself ,DW, DD 12(Down Syndrome/Autism) and DS 8. Prior to the cruise I had called about handiap access to the Aquaduck. No one really knew and said to ask on the ship. We do use a transport stroller for my DD if a long walk is involved, but she can walk and do stairs, but it is a slow go. She does not do well in lines, personal space issues. I could walk up with here but we would have be able to go right up. It would probable take 5-10 minutes anyway. There is no WC access or GAC type access. We were told to go eather really early or late when the line is not as long. We did not get her on and it was really disappointing. She loves water rides. The other part of the trip I was really excited for, for her, was Castawy Cay, she loves the beach. That was canceled due to the hurricane. Not much to do about that, but I think access to the Aquaduck and WC seating for the deck shows(pitates in the caribbean party, and cast away party) is something that could be greatly improved. Getting around the ship in a WC is a little tough, thin hallways and lots of crowded elevators, but that I expected. It is a ship not a big theme park. I'd like to write to them about these issues any ideas who I should address it to?

Hi there have not been on the Dream but have sailed the other Disney ships lots of times. Did you ask about wheelchair viewing for the Pirate party there should have been a place. Sometimes it is not very well marked. When we used to cruise we gave up on pirates till I told the lady taking our next cruise reservation on ship. She said she would meet us before hand and show us were it was. Well it was never marked before and someone litterally had hand written a sign. The next year we cruised there were proper signs. So even if there were no signs I would write them and tell them. I will be going in September so I hope there is seating. As for the cast a way when the ship leaves never saw one before. But then I knew to always get up the early to be able to see.

I believe she was talking about Castaway Cay--Disney's private island.

sorry about that not very clear. No seating to view the Sail away party usually held on deck but ours was in the atrium do do rain and winds. We did not go to the private island because of the hurricane.
