Hampton Lakes A good choice?

Finally got DH to confirm our holiday dates for next year (end Sept/Early Oct 06).

Found a lovely looking villa at Hampton Lakes. Has anyone got any views on this area?
We will be trying to book this holiday bit by bit ourselves for the first time!!!
DH has already found good prices on a large minibus(less than we paid for a 7 seater car in 2004).
But I'm sure I'll be back asking for all your help and to pick your brains!

Staying in a 5 bed 3.5 bath with a games room (converted from garage) in Hampton Lakes.

We stayed at Hampton Lakes in 2002 in a 5 bed villa and loved it, hope you have a great time!

We stayed in a 5 bed villa at Hampton Lakes in 2003 - it was a great community and location.

We're heading back to the same location this year, across the road at Westridge.

Ive never actually stayed at Hampton Lakes before but we have driven past on a number of occasions and it looks like a really nice complex.

we have stayed at Hampton Lakes in the past. Its a lovely community.

Personally, having just come back from a 3 week trip, where one week was near 192... My only advice is try to find a way to Disney that does not involve driving on the 27 end of 192... there are roadworks (ongoing) which is making a terrible road - even worse.. its dreadful... from where Hampton Lakes is, its almost worth going around the other way to avoid the traffic.
we were often taking 40 mins to get to Disney!! (when really it should have been taking us about 10 mins max!)
