Has no one stayed at the Hampton inn lake buena vista on palm pkwy from this board? Trip advisor ranks it the 15th best hotel in orlando. I was hoping th get actual peoples feed back. Is it off the beat and path? Please any help.

Can't help, but bumping for some feedback.

I'm looking at staying there also in early May. Pay ahead rate of $75/nt. This is a great locations, right near a Walmart and easy access to WDW property.

We usually stay off property just one night as we arrive late, and have been staying at the Fairfield Inn in the Marriott Village. Nice rate and hotel, but it's such a congested area when we arrive late on Fridays and because there are 3 hotels that share the same sort area that is crowed too. Looking to stay somewhere else this time.

I've stayed at Hampton's all over the country and never been disappointed.

If this is the Hampton Inn on Palm Parkway then I stayed there last year. Great place. Clean, friendly staff and great hot breakfast. They had different hot items everyday we were there. I remember sleeping well so I guess the bed was comfy. I'd definitely stay there again if I was going to just Disney. We had our own car so I don't know about transportation. The pool is simple but it was never crowded. The only slight issue was that we were on the top floor and there was a storm so we got to hear it and it caused a problem with the satellite tv for a little while. I wouldn't let that stop me from staying there. We loved it.

We stayed there in 2009. Paid $55/night booked directly through the hotel. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was hot, and the water pressure was good. Fridge and microwave were nice. The breakfast had some variety of sausage/bacon, eggs, pastry/toast, fruits, cereal, tea, coffee, and possibly breakfast potatoes and oatmeal (I can't remember exactly). It wasn't the best food ever, but it was tasty, hearty, and much more than a continental breakfast. I don't know anything about the pool area. We never visited it.

The only thing that stopped us from staying there on our return trips was the fact that the price had gone up to almost $80/night. We instead stayed at the Clarion LBV right next door for $49/night. It wasn't quite as nice as the Hampton and didn't have breakfast, but it was perfectly fine. (The price at the Clarion has also gone up in the last couple of years.)

We really love this Palm Parkway location. You take a left out of the hotel, cross over a main road, and you are on the "Disney Roads." (Passing a McDonalds on the way for a quick breakfast or coffee.) If you take a right out of the hotel, you come onto a Walmart several miles down the road. For us, it is super quick and easy to get anywhere on property from here. (Ok, maybe not "super quick" to get to the Animal Kingdom side of the property, but that is simply because it is on the complete opposite side.)
