Is there a shortcut to the Parks from this area?

You could go 192 to 535 then turn left on Hotel Plaza BLVD to get to the DTD area. But, unless you are going to DTD I would avoid that area because of the construction. To get to the parks I would go 192 to World Drive. It will probably take a good 20-25 minutes.
