Anyone know what the line-ups have been like lately? Should we be there an hour ahead of the 8:45am opening? Also, where is a good place to park?

I got our passports there a few months ago (April) - so this is not current - but I went around 2 in the afternoon and was only there for 45 minutes total. I parked across the street in the Art Gallery parking. I think it was $3.
