Want a little variation? Slice the ham thinly. Micro a soft taco shell for 20 seconds, spread on your favorite condiment(DH likes the new flavored Mayos), on about 3/4 of the shell start piling items such as lettuce, cheeses, onion, and of course the ham. Then start rolling it up. Eat and enjoy. There are also some great flatbreads and pita pockets to give you more variety too.
