If you are asking about the Halloween Cruise pin that you asked about i answered you in the first post you asked. It is from the Disney Cruise Line Halloween Party. It was given only to Children who dressed up for a Halloween party. that is why it is so rare. Most of the kids I would think kept them. the ones that are floating around were sold to the CM's on the ship after the cruise...
