We have ADRs for next Friday 10/31 at Narcosse's @ 7:45. I just realized Hallowishes is at 9:30 during MNSSHP. Do you think we'll still be eating when the fireworks start? Is it worth asking for a window seat when we get there?

Our hope is because of it being on Halloween, it should be a mostly adults dinner that night, although one never knows at the world.

Probably. If you are doing apps, entrees and dessert, I would think yes. I know we're usually there a couple hours. FWIW.

IMHO, it's ALWAYS worth asking for a window seat at Narcoossees even if there are no fireworks! If you have finished dining there, you can watch from the deck or dock at GF. You may also be able to see the Electrical Light Water Pageant. :)

We had 7:30 Narcoosee's reservations and told the waiter that we were interested in watching the Water Pagaent and Wishes. I'm not sure if it was just his pacing or if they do this often, but the meal was paced so well that we finished our main courses right before Wishes, watched Wishes, and finished with dessert. It was perfect and our favorite dinner of the trip.

Another tip, try to get there a little early and sit on the patio. There was something so special about sitting on the benches outside and watching the water with the castle in the distance.

You can see the fireworks, AND they pipe in the music! While you will have a great view of the lagoon and the castle from a window seat, you will not have a great seat for the fireworks. Almost eveyone goes outside on the deck to see the fireworks, and you are joined by people not dining at the restaurant. If you have a window seat, you will most likely only get to see others enjoying the magic and views of their butts!:rotfl:

Exactly. Folks not having a window table are urged to go out on the deck by the servers. And since the deck is level with the tables inside, those with window tables are blocked from seeing much of anything. And even tho once in awhile it isn't terribly crowded on the deck (so people standing out there can move so they don't block the view) most times it's so crowded that no one can move anywhere.
Actually, Halloween might be packed with the little ones all dressed in their costumes.
Your ADR time sounds perfect.

Narcosse's is the best place to watch the fireworks you can go outside on the deck and they pump in all the music and they dim the lights so you can see it better. It might be a fancy resturant but its still at Disney and they know people want to have the magical experience.
