Halloween Time Characters?

We're planning a trip to DL for September and are debating about going mid-September or waiting until later in the month so we can attend MHP. Are the characters dressed in their Halloween costumes during the day or only during MHP? Thanks!

Last year the characters in Town Square were in Halloween costumes in the morning, and in their 60th attire after the parade.

Some are. Some aren't.

But yes, those photos are from Town Square during the regular park day. During the Toontown pre-party they are in different costumes. During the party itself, different costumes still.

I love that we met Mickey and Minnie in 3 different Halloween costumes!
