Halloween season questions?

My friend and I are going to try to find a good time to go during the Halloween season, but I have a few questions about it.

First - do the fireworks start on Sept. 25? And will they be playing on weekdays, or just weekends?

Second - One option we have is to go on Monday, Sept. 28th. We have the day off school. Is it expected to be busy even though it's a weekday, because the season will have just started?

Third - how busy is Halloween - the actual day?

1st: The fireworks are supposed to start nightly on sept 25th.

2nd: Sept 25th through the 30th is projected to be busy. This was the last weekend that someone could book the 5 for 3 offer at the DLR hotels.

3rd: I have never been to DLR on Halloween so I cannot comment on how busy it is.
