Official programme still not on the DLP website but I found this on Twitter, posted by Disney Gazette.

Differences from last year that I can see:

  • Villans show/meet on Castle theatre, I assume this means the Castle Stage
  • Meet Mickey at Cottonwood ranch in his Halloween outfit
  • Maleficent Court of Evil - sounds similar to Maleficents court last year around the bramble in Fantasyland
  • Lots of bands around the park - will be nice to see

Same as last year:
  • Halloween/Harvest parade
  • Goofy bon-bons
  • Meet Marie at the boarding house
  • Meet Minnie or Stitch at Caseys Corner
  • Meet Jack/Sally in Frontierland
  • Pumpkin sculpture in Frontierland on certain days (think this was somewhere else last year)

The park looks really nice again this year with the resident ghosts in Main St. Can't wait!

Thanks for posting! I'm so excited to experience DLP at Halloween for the first time, especially after loving the Halloween stuff in Tokyo (you wait your whole life for a Disney Halloween and two come along at once...)

My french is poor so I want to make sure from reading that article... the change to meet all the Disney villains is at 1500?

The English programme is up now all Disney villains is from 3 - half 6 / 7 depending on day and there's 4-6 slots. I'm a bit confused to how it works.

Programme now on disneylandparis.co.uk - here

I think the Villans thing at the Castle Stage looks like a small show. It says:
'It's good to be bad with the Disney Villans! The Disney Villans gather on the Royal Castle Stage and celebrate how very good it is to be bad with a musical moment.'

I'm sure it will be all over Twitter later today....

Hopefully a clearer message comes out / someone reports back about it.

We watched this today, three times in a row as DS wanted to meet various villains! Basically a selection of villains come out on stage and sing a song and dance together then come down from the stage for "scrum" type meet and greets in front. Each showing we watched had a different villain taking the lead. From memory there was Captain Hook, Cruella, Dr Facilier, Gaston, Queen of Hearts, Jafar, Frollo, Snow White's Evil Queen, ditto Witch, Lady Tremaine with Drizella and Anastasia in total. Not all all were at each showing but perhaps eight at a time and Maleficent stayed in the courtyard. We only managed five actual meets over the three shows due to the crowds and nature of the scrums but DS was happy. The little show is a nice way to see all the villains clearly and makes good use of the stage.

What do you mean by a "scrum" type meet and greet? Meaning groups just gathered around with no organized line?

Yes, generally if you can get near then you'll meet the characters. I saw on Twitter that there are some orange pumpkin head pictures on the ground to indicate where the characters will stand after the show.

Many thanks for posting this, my daughter is a fan of Marie from the Aristocats and so is thrilled at the thought of getting to see her!

For those who have been, how do the October/Halloween crowds compare to September? Love Halloween in WDW, eyeballing the possibility of making my 2017 DLP trip a Halloween trip.
