Halloween Planning

Looking at last year's date for Trick or Treat Party, they were Sun/Monday all month and Fri/Sat/Sun last two weeks of month. The CHOC walk is on Sunday, 10/17. Would this be the best time crowd-wise to plan on attending the party? I also have read about a Halloween themed tour. Does anyone know about that schedule? Are there any school vacations/teacher days scheduled during October? Thanks for the help.

We live in AZ and my girls have break Oct. 4th - 19th. I think Utah also has a fall break but not sure. They also have Gay days in Oct. That is all the info I have so maybe someone else can be of more help.

I think you might have been looking at a different month/year when you were comparing dates to the days of the week. The parties were held on Thursdays, and Fridays last year along with 2 Wednesdays and one Saturday (Halloween Day). The dates were: Wednesday, the 21st and 28th, Thursday - 8, 15, 22, 29, Friday - 2, 9, 16, 22, 30, and Saturday - 31st.
We decided to go on a Wednesday, later in the month so that it might be less crowded. We went on the 21st and it was great. I'm not on a computer right now, but I'll try to post the link to last year's dates and info. later today (unless someone else can post it).
