Halloween Party Passholder extra perks

Does anyone know what this is and what all it offers?

It is in the Main St Cinema. They have a treat (the night we were there it was a Mickey Rice Krispie) and a bag.

When we went to the first MHP, the AP treat was at the Opera House where they normally show Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln. It was a Mickey "krispie rice" treat (guess it isn't made with Rice Krispies ) and a Big Hero 6 drawstring bag.

There is a regular treat trail in the Main Street Cinema where they usually show Mickey cartoons.

The pre-packaged crisped rice treat looks like the one you can buy throughout the parks, but the one handed out at the AP Treat Trail had a MHP logo on it! It was neat and worth getting.
