Halloween Party - Fast Passes?

I am aware that fast passes are not available during party hours (7-close). However, I am wondering if we will be able to schedule fast passes ahead of time for the period we are allowed in park beginning at 4:00 p.m. thru the official start of the party - 7:00 p.m. We will not have a regular park ticket for the day....only the party ticket. We are DVC members staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Was really hoping to be able to schedule a fast pass for the Mine Train. Thanks so much for your suggestions and help.

Yes. Link the party ticket to your MDE and book FPs. You'd be fine with a first window of 3:30 - 4:30 if you plan on being at MK by 3:45 or so.
