Halloween Party Entry Time Question

I apologize if this is explained in the office party thread. I could not find the answer, but that doesn't mean it isn't there.

The official thread says we can enter early with our Party tickets/armbands. At 4:30 I believe it said. But would we need to use a regular park ticket to do that? Or only need the Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket to get in at that time?

We have been a couple of times to the MVMCP, but we have already been in MK both times. This time that will not be the case. Furthermore, it is a very short trip and I won't have days to spare on my park tickets.

They usually start letting people with MNSSHP tickets in at 4.

You can enter using the specially marked entrance as early as 4 pm using just your party ticket.

You can get in at 4, entrance is usually to the right where they will give you your band. You can also book FPs between 4-6:30, if you book one that ends after 6:30, ie 5:45-6:45, they will change it, they've done that to me 3x before I realized why, lol.

There is SOME speculation that they may not let people in at 4:00 this year. They're playing around with FP+ and some emails that have been received have had a very vague reference to the possibility of it not happening.

I think the chances of being in at 4:00 are probably 95%, but I would at least want to know there is the possibility of it not happening, if it were me. Just keep an eye/ear out for what happens at the early parties.
