Is there a list of the characters appearing during the Halloween Party and where they will be located?

The Guide Map just had vague information about which characters would be where (e.g., "Winnie the Pooh & Friends in Critter Country"). Kenny the Pirate was at the first party and has some information up about the character he met/saw.
