Please can you tell me if there are Halloween themed parades during the day in October. My family, friends and I will be there 20 and 21 October. Thanks

Yes, Halloween season is in full swing then.

The main OUAD parade has a pre-parade with a Halloween theme, and there are Halloween shows too. The Halloween season parades/shows schedules should be available on the official Disney site or DLRPMagic soon, as Halloween season begins at DLRP on 4th October.

Fingered crossed its up before sat!

What does a Halloween parade actually consist of? I'm going October 13-17 and am kind of sad that it will be all Halloweeny as that wo'nt feel very 'Disney', if you see what I mean. I'd rather everything be what I remember it to be, not all pumpkined up :sad1: And I'm dreading the castle being Halloweenified - tell me they don't mess with that?!

I'm really excited about seeing all the Halloween stuff!!! I was at DLRP last October, just before Halloween season began, and it was brill! Most of the Halloween decorations are in Frontierland (renamed Halloweenland for the season) but there are Pumpkin men and ghosts on Main St USA, and there is a Villains show near the Castle every day. They don't, as far as I'm aware, decorate the Castle.

The OUAD is the same as out of Halloween season. But 20 minutes before that parade, there is a Halloween pre-parade, on the same parade route. Thats where you see Jack and Sally, pumpkin men, and villain characters parading.

Oh that's a relief, so it's a Halloween parade *and* a normal parade. Hurray! Thanks DLPDaft, you are answering all my questions today :goodvibes

Is this for definate? I thought I heard that they were all being confined to Frontierland this year :confused3

I'm assuming it would be similar to last year for decs - lots and lots in Frontierland, and a few on Main St, and banners over the tunnels under the train station etc.

Maybe we'll just have to wait and see :goodvibes
