Halloween on the Fantasy

Hey everyone! We are taking my LO who will be about 2.5 on her first cruise aboard the Fantasy. We leave October 27, and so will be aboard for Halloween. I know they do the Halloween on the High Seas as DH and I have been on an October cruise in the past. However, I was wondering if they do anything special like trick or treating on Halloween itself.

You might look at old Navigators for Halloween sailings on the Disney Cruise Line Blog. That could give you an idea of what kind of activities typically happen on Halloween day!

Hi there,
I will also be sailing on the Western Caribbean Halloween on the High seas 10/27. I see Halloween falls on that Wed, which is Jamaica port day & typically Pirate night.
I am not sure if they will combine their Halloween/Pirate night events on the same night. I am hoping they single out a different day for Halloween festivities & let Pirate night stand
alone. I have looked at some past navigators & they seem to have one night for each. So actual Halloween day might be a Pirate night. I'm confusing myself- ha. 6+ months to go.

I couldn't find a past navigator for your itinerary that fell on Halloween. My guess is that they may switch Halloween night and Pirate night on your cruise so that the main Halloween events fall on the actual day. If not, your Halloween night will still happen, just on Monday night of your cruise (the 29th?). I don't know if they will do anything extra special since Halloween is on your cruise. But there will be trick or treating, costume contests, Mickey's Mousequerade, the pumpkin tree, Nightmare Before Christmas in 3D, Jack and Sally meet and greet, etc.

I'm on the very same cruise, so I've got the very same question.

I've read somewhere that they DO do some form of trick-or-treating, but I've also read that they don't, so I was confused and settled on being happy to be surprised on the evening.
