Just read this on DLRPmagic

DLRP develloped special make-over packages for kids from 4 - 12 years old:

- Halloween make-up: 12 EUR
- Halloween costume: 35 EUR
- Happy Halloween costume: 50 EUR
- Witch costume: 80 EUR
- Pirate costume: 80 EUR

The make-overs are done at the Thunder Mesa Boutique.

Sounds like good fun :)

I know two little girls that would like the make up done

Thankyou, sounds great

There is a little photo and write up about this in the Brit Guide book - looks good fun as you say! :thumbsup2

I know it was a few years ago we were there at Halloween but then the children could have their hair and makeup done free.

The boys had theirs done several times.

I wish I had some photos from the hair salon the girl's hairstyles were brilliant, although with the longer ones, I'm glad I wasn't the mum who had to try and brush it out, they were very backcombed with lots of hairspray. Also felt sorry for the laundry workers, despite scrubbing the boys before bed, their pillows and sheets were in a terrible state.

I wonder if they will allow adults to get their face painted.

We have tickets to the MNSSHP this Friday and although im not going to dress up thought it would be fun to get my face painted.

Im such a big kid :)

Did i dream it, but i'm sure i read somewhere that face painting and hair was free on the 31st Oct. Is this right?

We saw lots of kids with their face painted, and a few girls with witch costumes and faces painted. The boutique at Thunder Mesa looks great :goodvibes

I can't wait to see it ... wonder if my two year old would sit still long enough for a little makeover ;)

the face paintings were good, we saw quite a few kids and adults with their face painted.

The makeovers have to be booked in advance though.

:sad2: I was convinced this was free last year, when they just did hair and faces

Yes I think it has always been free in the past for 3 - 11 year olds. My DD had hers done one year when she was young enough. I guess Disney feel they can make quite a lot of money this way.

The prices looked quite expensive but the make up was really excellent. I saw three siblings who all had different vampire faces and they looked brilliant! On the other hand at 12 euros I would expect them to be pretty good!
