halloween happenings

i was just reading on deb's site about the halloween time in the park. is this a ticketed event such as MNSSHP at wdw? and do guests dress up? thanks for the help.

DCA has Mickey's Halloween Treat, which is a hard ticket event. It's not quite at the level of MNSSHP, but guests dress up and can trick or treat. There aren't special parades or fireworks, though.

We went to MHT last year and my dd 6 loved it.
