Halloween Fun????

Is there anything going in US or IOA, halloween related during the day of just HHN? Are the parks decorated or just set up at night for HHN. How about Citywalk anything going on there on the 31st? Sorry for so many questions but I've only read about HHN and I was just wondering. Thanks

The only thing that goes on for Halloween is HHN at Universal. The hotels might have something but nothing in the parks except for HHN...and that's only at night.
