And Mike, I don't do no stinkin' trip reports. Let's just say it was so good that my family gained about 40 pounds on this cruise. Derek, alone, gained 11! Ahh, to be 18 again!

But seriously, I can't stop him from doing ANYTHING!

Wow when he does it, he does it right! OK He has a year + to heal--but he's running out of Achilles tendons to injure! Either he'll start over or on another body part! NO!!!! Wait, maybe he'll get it right this time!

I hope our group picks up on here. I like FB for other things but not for cruise groups, I've always like our meeting place here
I'm on both, but people aren't integrating too much, so it might end up with 2 separate groups..

I am on fb more than I am here---that being said, I always come back here. It's just taking my brain time to adjust between disboard names and fb names. I'll eventually get it though! We are diligently trying to combine both groups of folks for the FE and Post Card Exchange. If you haven't given us names of your children somewhere, we will be contacting you either through pm here or on fb (if I can figure out who you are) so that we can get all the correct information for everyone. We love learning more about our fellow cruisers and meeting our fellow cruisers whether it is here or on fb. Have some patience with us, we're working it out as best we can. And THANK YOU Rose for helping us out with your list on the first page. We will be sending you a semi-complete list of participants as soon as we get through both fb and Disboards here.

I know I'll be concentrating more on this cruise meet once our Pana cruise is done. As is I get confused trying to remember which FB page and DIS thread I'm responding to.

We will be concentrating very heavily on this cruise after our return from Alaska. But we do try to keep up with seeing what's going on in both places. I agree I don't like the DIS app as well as I can check in frequently on fb on my phone. Keeping track of threads for more than one cruise at a time gets to be a handful. But we're making an effort. Just a little scatter brained until after Sept 8!

I hate that part of cruising

Yup Shelly, don't even get him started on all his adventures and injuries on the cruise. He loves telling those stories

Seriously, he's going crazy sitting at home. And he'll be doing it for 11 more weeks. This should have been me, as I'd love to sit back, go online, read books and catch up on all my shows! But then, it didn't happen to me because I know when to not jump around dancing when I'm drinking

Same here. I'm on FB a lot. Less on here, but it just feels more cozy on here.
Easier to read through all posts too.

I like seeing all of our trip info on the first page. And I didn't know if I should post names on here if people on FB didn't want their names on a board they don't go to. Which was why I was asking permission. I believe currently though, that all on here are also on there, but that could change with newcomers, and I do know people who don't FB.

Anyway we'll get it figured out. I'm glad that you're doing the hard part of organizing the 2 exchanges! So, THANK YOU!!! I only have to edit a post...... PHEW!
