Boo! Come, and join us for the annual Halloween Exchange. In this exchange, you will send your pal things that are Halloween related. It can be anything from decorations, treats, things they can use on Halloween day/night, ....
This exchange is open to both kids, and adults. I have had a few new members on the board show interest in the different holiday exchanges. It is great that those of you who are new would like to join in on the fun. For all or many of the holiday exchanges that I will be hosting, we will have a different rule. *Sorry this is not saying that you 'new members' will not come through. It is just because in the past, others have ruined/not come through, and many of them were new to the exchanges. So it is to try to insure that it is fair, and that everyone participating does get an exchange on their end. So here is the new rule. I will have a different send by date for new members, or for members that I am not familiar/or not to familiar with. Please do not feel picked on if you have been a regular on exchanges, and I give you the first mail by date. It may just be that I am not familiar with your name, you have not been active in the recent exchanges I have put together, ..... we are trying to avoid ELF packages. ELF-someone who steps in to send out an extra exchange if the original sender does not come through.
So for each participate that signs up, you will be given a send by date when I receive your sign up info. via a pm. You MUST follow these rules, or your name will be removed from the exchange. ALL PARTICIPANTS will need to send me a delivery confirmation number as soon as you have sent out your exchange. I do track all mailings. If you send out your exchange via Priority Mail, you get a d.c. number free of charge. The post office also insurances packages for $50.00 for free.
Please only join in IF you are able to follow the rules. I know that the holidays are a busy time, so I hold sign ups for each holiday early. I am hoping with this exchange, everyone can have their Halloween exchanges by the ending of the month so that all participants can enjoy all of their goodies for the entire month of October.

The sign up by date is- Wednesday September 11th. Names will be given by Thursday September 12. The send by date for new members & international exchanges will be Friday September 20th. The other send by date will be Monday September 23. The sooner exchanges are sent, the better since there might be delays in shipping. If you will not be around during the exchange period, please let me know. And to join in other upcoming exchanges that I host, you MUST comply by these rules.
****Also if you are participating in this exchange, please check your pm box for messages, post on the board so I know you are around, check in on this thread,..... this is so that I know, and your pal knows that you are not MIA. And if we have any questions for you, they can be answered in a timely fashion.
