Halloween Decor begins when?

I'm planning a trip for the very end of Sept. beginning of Oct. just wondering if anyone knows when DLR is all ready for Halloween with all of the decor????

Just about that time! Usually the end of Sept, beginning of Oct. though there are some questions going around about the HM going to the HMH. The HM is having its 40th anniversary and they are having a special event on 9/9/09, which is around the time it usually goes down for the refurb. We are all curious to see what comes this year.
