Can adults wear costumes during the day on Halloween?

If you are attending the Halloween party (you need to have a special party ticket). Adults can wear costumes if they enter with a special ticket after 4 pm. The park closes to regular park guests at 6:00 pm.

Like PP said just after 4pm (or 2 if your DVC) if your attending the Halloween party.....
HOWEVER.... DisneyBounding/Closet Cosplay is fine as would be something along the lines of the Dress Shop Sally Dress
