Halloween costumes

Hi all,
i know there have been a few threads on here re: buying halloween cosumes, but we are going at beinning of Oct and want to but comstumes when we het there.

The problems are
a) we won't be using a car
b) we don't know where any of the stores are that sell costumes

Could any-one please tell me where would be the best / easiest place for us to buy them from

Have you thought about buying your costumes locally and then shipping them to your resort? I had to do this last year when I went to California for a business trip where one of the functions was a costume party. My sock-hop girl costume pushed me over the weight limit for my luggage, and since I was the only one from my team on my flight, I didn't want to struggle with two suitcases plus my carry-on PLUS my purse. So I shipped my costume to my hotel in California four days before I was due to arrive. When I got to my hotel, it was waiting for me. I just needed to steam the crinoline and I was good to go! Shipped it back home the same way...and it only cost about $30 to ship to California and back.

We're driving to Florida this time, so our MNSSHP costumes will be packed with us. Good thing, too...DH and my costumes are pretty bulky...

101 dalamtions simple white with black spots add a tail paint faces or let disney do it at face painting stand
disney sells costumes in parks for kids princesses.. alice.. pirates
make something easy little red dresses for girls buy mouse headbands disney sells hair clips that look like mouse ears red & white painted sneakers
cats or dogs wear all one color add a tail & ears eyeliner for nose and whiskers
army guys are good too all green again take advantage of disney's great face painters
anything easy to pack... pick a theme and the whole family will look great when you all match
easy to pack ideas while kids can wear again ideas too
