Halloween costume help needed

Please help

I told my niece I would get her a Tiana costume for halloween. She wants the blue dress. (She has the green one.)

I just assumed I'd be able to find the blue dress at the disney store. They only have the green dresses.

Any ideas on where to find the blue dress? Making one is out of the question.

There is a CUTE one on Etsy for $68. Just search "Tiana blue dress" and it comes up.
