Halloween at San Diego Zoo?

Hey there!

After our first week in Disneyland, we'll be heading to San Diego for an extra week in mid-october.

We'll be doing Mickey's Halloween Party at Disneyland and we plan to visit Sea World on a Sunday for Sea World's Halloween Spooktacular.

Now, we're wondering if anything special goes on at the San Diego Zoo for that time of the year...

Nothing for Halloween, BUT, children 11 and under are free during the entire month of October at the zoo, so that's a nice little perk. The free admission does not include the guided bus tour if that's something you're interested in, but it can be purchased for a small additional fee.
