Halloween at DLR question

We've been to MNSSHP at WDW, and that was a ticketed event that began at 7p. However, with your party ticket, you could actually get in the gates that day at 4p. Does the DLR Halloween event have a similar early entry? Just trying to figure out how many park tickets we will need for the trip.

As the PP said, yes. Unlike WDW, In previous years, DL actually explicitly states when you can get into the park using the party ticket on the ticket.
