Hello I’ve read great thing on how Fort Wilderness decorates. I will be staying at Wilderness Lodge over Halloween and am wondering if I can bring my kids to Fort Wilderness and walk around and look at decorations that night?

Yes, as long as you use Disney transportation. There's a bus from WL to FW, and there's also the boat from MK to FW. Or if you're at a park or DS, you can take the FW bus from that park or DS.
