Halloween activities

We are checking in on Oct.31 and are considering the mnsshp. But I'm wondering what else goes on for Halloween? Is there trick or treating anywhere else? I hear activities at the resorts, can anyone tell me what they do? Would rather not spend the extra money for the party. Thank you!

Park wise it's fall flowers and you'll see a lot of people dressed up even when it's not the party for the season. MNSSHP is the big halloween thing going on and I recommend it. It's our favorite time in MK.
