Halloween Activities @ POR this year...

We had originally planned to do the MNSSHP on Halloween this year, but then I saw that the resort will have activities lined up all day and into the evening. Just wanted to see if anyone has done this - taken a day away from the parks and just let the kid(s) enjoy the resort activities? It looks like things start late morning and go well into the evening hours. Is it fun enough for them to make a day of it and not even hit the parks? We are still doing the party @ the MK, just not sure of which day to do it. Also considering doing activities during the day and then going to MK in the evening for the party.

I think that sounds like a super idea. Get more for your party ticket money by going on a less crowded night AND get to take advantage of all the fun, free things too!

I have a question, where were you able to see the activites schedule for your hotel? We are doing MSSHP on the 30th. We will have the 31st opened. Just curious. Thanks in advance!

I just happened to look on the www.portorleans.org website one day, as I recalled they had the schedules of events by month....you know, the ones that they leave in the rooms. We're really excited, since this is something new for us. It will be so nice to have a full day when we can truly take advantage of our resort and enjoy all it has to offer.
