where to go Halloween night in Orlando?
Downtown Disney? All suggestions appeciated.

What type of activities are you looking for? Family themed or adult?

I've only been to Disney once for actual Halloween, and we did the MNSSHP that year.

I'm just looking at this, too -- here's what I found...

Trick-or-Treating Nights at Downtown Disney
Explore Downtown Disney from 5-9 p.m. to pick up special gifts and treats from the lineup of Disney stores scattered throughout the area. You'll also find a pumpkin patch set up in the town center, a perfect place to snap a few pictures from the event. Just make your way to Goofy's Candy Company, Once Upon a Toy, World of Disney and Disney Quest to fill up your Halloween goodie bag.

Haunted Carriage Rides at Ft. Wilderness
When you're in the mood to explore Disney territory from an entirely new perspective, head to the woods of Fort Wilderness for a haunted carriage ride. Each carriage can take up to 2 adults and 3 children across the wilderness, and you'll be treated to spooky stories and Halloween music as you head across the haunted territory. Haunted Carriage rides cost $60 per carriage, and begin on October 3, 2008.

I've heard some of the hotels have halloween activities and also Boardwalk but I can't find any specific info on these.

Thanks for tips!

We don't have any kids so it's just us 2 adults going. The Mickey's Not So Scary is probably too young for us. We're doing Horror Nights that Sat.

Found this for people with kids:

The "Haunted Pirate Cruise" is a new holiday event taking place at the Polynesian Resort marina. This is for children ages 5 - 12 who will board a "Haunted Pirate Ship" and set sail to "Haunted Islands" (marinas.) Along the way they'll hear ghost stories about the "haunted inhabitants" at the various islands.

Each participant will get Pirate Mickey Ears, a pirate nametag with a pirate name, candy, a photo and they'll view the Happy Hallowishes fireworks. There will also be games played with prizes awarded to the winners.
