If I could live anywhere (other than the beautiful Northwest), I'd like to live halfway between DLand and WDW. Anyone know where I'd be moving to?

Or Beautiful South Central Kansas, Drive times, 23 hours to DL, 23 1/2 to WDW. Done them both MANY times!!!!

between Tulsa, Ok and OKC. We are in Muskogee, Ok, and we ahve a 24 hr. drive to DLR....20 hr drive to WDW.But, I still wish we were closer to them!;)

We use to live in Omaha, NE. Then, it really made no difference to us whether we flew to CA or FL.

We spent time in San Antonio earlier this year & really enjoyed he friendliness of the area.

The problem is, halfway in between, you're really far from either park anyway, so unless you want to drive a long ways, you have to fly anyway. So what's the point of being right in between? I understand lower flight costs, but still, if you want the parks, wouldn't you move near one or the other?

Yes, you're moving to the Community Board, since this isn't a TPA&S thread. ;)

Using some mapping software, I drew a straight line from the main gate at DL to the main gate at MK; 2170 miles. The halfway point is in the booming metropolis of Putnam, Texas (about 2 hours West of Dallas).

If you are thinking of moving, the good folks there have a website http://www.putnamtexas.com/pictures.htm and, based on that website, a sense of humor.
