Half off gas?

Has anyone seen this around? I just saw a bumper sticker for the site halfoffgas.com and started to check it out. I'm a skeptic, especially on internet claims, but wanted to get some input from others. I'm sure that most of us would like to save on gas, so I figured that I'd ask here. Is anyone familiar with this site or how this works?

I am trying to look it up. It looks to be a MLM scheme of some sort as it keeps saying, "You could MAKE up to $100K per month!" Um, yeah, whatever.

You pay $10/mo for membership and then buy vouchers, buy gas, and THEN get rebates/refunds.

It doesn't seem to be all that clear so I would be interested in anyone who has already done this to fill in more info.
