I'll be 50 this May and very tired of being "an old lady".
I've been overweight since 13 . This year I decided to try again and for 5 weeks I've been following the South Beach Healthy Heart Diet. It really has worked for me, at least, in the beginning (Jan 22nd). I lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks but since then nothing. So I'm going to try and post and keep track of what I'm eating to try and get past this plateau.
I began at 180lbs and headed for a healthy BMI about 140lbs. I started at obese and now I'm just at overweight - yay ! - just overweight, not obese, something to celebrate.
We are going to WDW - CSR in May for my 50th birthday. Its a gift from my sister. I'd really like to look and feel better!
