Half day in Miami after cruise

Flight out of MIA at 3:00 PM, any idea on how to kill four or five hours after our cruise? Five adults, what to do with luggage is a consideration. Would we have time to cab/Uber to the airport and rent a vehicle? Last time we came back to Miami we had a larger group. Hired a service to pick us up, took us to Bayside Marketplace and held our luggage, then came back for us and took us to the airport. That was ok but looking for other ideas. Any thoughts?

I can’t speak for the luggage and what to do with that.

It if you have some time to kill you could go to the eclectic area of Wynwood that has “curated graffiti” in their Wynood Walls area and all around that neighborhood. It is just a short Uber trip from the Port and not far from the airport. Plenty of outstanding restaurants there as well.

If you want something a bit more sophisticated there is Midtown Miami just to the North of Wynwood with some nice shopping and some great places to eat around there as well.

Disney does offer a port excursion in Miami for people with later flights. It includes the hop-on-hop-off tour on several routes and transfers to the airport. It can only be booked once onboard. https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/...-with-airport-transfer-onboard-bookings-only/

Wow That looks like a good option and includes transfer to Airport and luggage hold. Wish we could do this but our flight leaves from FLL so I am looking for a reasonable xfer to FLL from the port. Any suggestions?
