Half board plus menu

Can anyone tell me what the choices are like with half board plus in the non buffet restaurants. I understand they are set menus, but can seem to find any info on this.

In Walts the starters were Tomatoe Tartare or Chicken Caeser Salad.

Main was Chicken Caeser Salad or something it was veggie)

and 2 dessert choices.
