Half board plus dining question/suggestion

bonjour !
planning our side trip from Paris 1st week of April . Traveling is my friend and my daughter ( 13) we have half board plus staying at sequoia lodge .
which 3 dining options should I do ?
my thoughts are :
cafe Remy
Plaza
Steakhouse

are these good choices or can I do better ! ?

Cafe Remy is a must in my optnion .... very good themed.

My choise is always Captain Jack´s at Pirates of the Caribbean and if you want to eat at the village: Annette´s Diner (great food with HB+)

The Yacht Club at the New Port Bay Hotel is also one of our favourite.

For the 3 options I would go
Remy
Pirates
Annette´s Diner
