Hi
Ive been to Disney Several times but have never done the half board option, now thinking this maybe a good time to try it out!

I understand about where you can eat etc im just confused on how much they cost? :confused3

Im looking to go in December :santa:

4 DAYS/3 NIGHTS

6Adults/1child/1infant staying at the Santa fe.

So how much does it cost to buy these vouchers? We will prob just be eating in places like casey corners for dinner and maybe a restuarants in the evening, or maybe even just have a macyd's :rotfl:

Ok I'm taking prices from the most recent Thomas Cook Brochure:

Half Board Standard
Adult - £14
Child - £7

Half Board Plus
Adult - £18
Child - £8

Half Board Premium
Adult - £32
Child - £12

These prices may change. They may also be slightly cheaper from Disney directly as I just paid £13 per adult for the standard ones.

taken from disney brochure

half board standard
£13 per adult after 4th april will be £16
£ 6, rising to £8 per child)

half baord plus -
£18 per adult rising to £21
childs £8 rising to £10

hald board prem -
£31 per adult rising to £36
childs £11 rising to £13

child from aged 3-11
under 3 says in brochure to contact them

Thanks for your replies, im looking to book with leger and there response when i asked about booking half board options with them was

You can book this directly with the hotel. It is not something we have ever pre booked, the only meals we can book are Character breakfast, Lunches and teas.

You can either call the hotel before you travel and book it or book it at reception when you arrive. :confused3 :confused3

If you book HB can you use it in other restaurants or only at your hotel (I am not sure if I have read that somewhere else)

what is the difference between Half board Premium +£108 and HB Plus +£63.00

Can you book these vouchers if you did not book through Disney, im staying at the cheyenne?

You cant book it when you arrive - it has to be done beforehand

I read at the brochure that you can use the HB option for dinner only in 3 hotels (Sequoia, SantaFe, Cheyenne) and Plaza Gardens Restaurant. Why is that? Is everything else closed at dinner??

and... until what time is lunch served? where can I see that?

Yes i thought this was the case but this is what Leger are advising me,:confused3
Q1: is there a way on booking your HB apart from calling them?

Q2: Since you can use your HB plus vouchers everywhere, and at evenings, why does it say at the brochure that it is only for lunch?? (and dinner you have only 3-4 alternatives?)

There is no other way, other than calling DLRP, to add HB to your existing booking.

Which brochure are you looking at?

I have the UK version of the printed brochure, and in there it says that vouchers are valid for lunch or dinner, except at the Sequoia Lodge, Santa Fe, Cheyenne and Davey Crockett Ranch, where it is dinner only. The reason for this is that those restaurants aren't open for lunch, only dinner.

Plaza Gardens is only available for dinner on HB, not lunch (but I've no idea why), and lunch but not dinner at the Silver Spur (again, no idea why that would be).

cheyenne does lunch and according to the brochure its
Sequoia Lodge, Santa Fe, and the Davey Crockett Ranch, where it is dinner only.

I think you may be confusing yourself with the work 'only' in the wording on the brochure.

It doesn't mean 'you can only eat at the Sequoia....' it means that at the Sequoia (for example), you can 'only' eat at dinner - as they do not do lunch.

I'm not sure that makes sense, but I know what I'm trying to say!

the bold one was the expression that helped me. Thank you DLPHereWeCome, i am not a native speaker and I can't read behind words. But you guys have helped me a lot
