hairdryers at value resorts

I am new to this message board and disney so please dont jump all over me for not knowing this. (it happened in another thread) I am trying to plan a trip for late march early april. I heard that there is no hairdryers at the value resorts. I didnt know if this was true. I know about the double beds, no fridge but that doesnt bother me.

POP is the only value we've stayed and it does have wall mounted hairdryer. Simple one - not very strong, but seems to work for lots of folks! Maybe someone will have a photo they can post.

Thank you very much. That is one thing that I dont have to add to my packing list. I feel like I am packing everything for just 2 people it is crazy.

Welcome - these boards are invaluable for help - hope you enjoy the DIS! We had hair dryers at POP, and also a few years back at All Star Movies (ASMo), and they work fine. If you have a problem with one or need one, just call mousekeeping from your room and they'll be happy to bring you one.

We stayed at All Star Movies back in August and there was a hair dryer.

This is what I got from Disneyworld.com. I guess I didnt read it right, it sounds like you have to ask for hairdryer. Thanks again.

Disney needs to update it's info!! The rooms do have mounted hairdryers now!

You do not need to ask for a hairdryer. All rooms have wall-mounted dryers.
