Hairdryers at ASMu?

How powerful are the hairdryers at ASMu? I have a Conair 1875 watt dryer here at home that I can bring, but it's big and clunky, and I'm hoping to not have to carry a lot of stuff with me. Do the hairdryers at ASMu work well?

The value resorts (and I think most other resorts?) have the hair dryers that are attached to the wall. They work fine for drying your hair, but aren't the best for styling.

When we stayed at AoA last August I dried my hair the first day or two and then gave up because the Florida humidity made it pretty pointless.

The hair dryers are only 1500 watts - they are more like travel dryers with minimal settings but attached to the wall.
