Are there places in the cabins to plug in your iron and hair dryer? I don't want to go to the laundry room to touch up my clothes. I would prefer to bring my own iron with me.

Yes, but I advise bringing an extension cord and/or one of those multi-outlet power strips.

The plug in our room we used for this (and DW's makeup mirror) was located in the TV cabinet.

It would have been impossible to plug the HD into it, as she has one of those massive plugs on hers (I think it's 20 million watts).

I won't tell you to/not to bring an Iron since there not supposed to be in rooms.

However, If i had, hypothetically, brought one, it would have been, hypothetically, a small travel iron that worked great for touch ups.

I did give my gift of an (nearly) iron free trip, though by agreeing to pay to iron anything that we knew would need major work (think pleated dress, etc) an figured it would cost me no more than $40.

I spent about $8.

FYI - DCL does not allow irons in their cabins. It is a safety violation. - Mike

The front desk has extension cords available too, albeit with a $25 deposit. At least we got it back.

According to GF, the hair dryers were not nearly powerful enough.
