Hairbraiding In Cozumel???

Is hairbraiding available at the Playa del Sol Beach in Cozumel? If so is it any cheaper than on DCL? Both of my girls want to get their hair done but they have alot and want the whole head done. I know in Cancun there are people at the beach who do the hairbraiding and the cost in negotiable.
