I am getting married NEXT WED! And now I am having 2nd thoughts about wearing my hair down. I am afraid that it will frizz up with all the humidity. I didn't want to wear it up (even though I like my hair better away from my face) b/c I didn't want it to look to "done", if you know what I mean. Any other brides face this dilemma...in such a short time to the wedding? Any suggestions/opinions would be great!

PS-If I do decide to wear it up, do you think it is too late to book someone...someone is coming to do my makeup @ 8 (for an 11am wedding)

I was worried about frizzies too so I'm putting mine up. Is your hair curly or straight? There are some pretty good product, I'd call my hairdresser and see if they have any suggestions.

First of all congratulations on your upcoming wedding. I bet the last week must be so exciting. I would say to go with your gut feeling. If your hair normally frizzes in humidity, then I would go with wearing it up. Personally, my hair frizzes up pretty easily and I wouldn't want to be messing with it and worrying about it right up to and during the ceremony, so i would have it up and away from my face! Do whatever you will feel most comforatable with! Either way, you will look beautiful!

How about a half up half down do - I had that and it worked a treat.

It's not too late to book in for a hair as well as make-up just let your wedding co-ordinator know so that they can arrange. Certainly they come with lots of products so that your hair will hold just tell them when they arrive that your hair tends to frizz.

4 of my girlfriends decided 2 days before the wedding that they wanted Disney Cosmo to come to their room and give them the works and I had no trouble booking them in with Disney Cosmo through my EM.

the reason i will be wearing my hair up is because it is sooo hot! I hate having my hair on the back of my neck when it is hot. It would drive me crazy!
But, if this is not something that bothers you, then wearing it down might be ok.
I say go with your gut too! The last thing that you want to be thinking about during your big day is "oh no, what's my hair look like" or "this hair is driving me crazy!"
Just remember, no matter what you decide-you will be beautiful-Every bride is!
