hair wrapping at resorts

I'm sure this has been asked and I've TRIED searching but the feature is not working......
How much do they charge for hair wrapping? And is it different for each resort that does it?

It depends on the length of hair and how many beads and stuff. I think I spent abut $20 last summer for 10 inches and a few beads.

My dd's hair is a little bit below her shoulder. She got 4-5 beads, which the girl said was standard and it cost $32.00. We had it done at WL. The girl was real nice. She gave dd the left over thread so she could make a neckalce and also made a bracelet for her.

Does anyone know if there is any resort where they do hair braiding rather than wrapping?

Last we were there (2 yrs ago), it was $1 per inch, plus beads (started at 75 cents each). Last year at US, it was $1.25 per inch, so I'd tend to think WDW has gone up as well.

To keep the cost down, you can start from the hair behind the ear, rather than on top of the hear (shorter distance).

I ususally pay $30-$35 for my dd's shoulder lenght hair.

I just had mine done in early July. It was $2 an inch plus the cost of the beads. If you have the AAA Diamond card (I think that's what it's called) you can get a free charm ($5.00 normally).

My 22 year old daughter was having a bad day, so she and I went to MGM-Studios and had our hair done, with no waiting. It is located in the courtyard in front of Muppets 3D.

I wish they had hair braiding, but I don't think they do. I guess I should say, I have never seen it. Maybe someone else knows for certain...
