hair straighteners, advice please!

I can understand wanting to bring your own, I know I would NEVER leave home without my Chi!!!! But if what you have at home in the UK won't work as well here I would consider buying something else. If you could get the chi to work for you in the UK I would highly recommend buying one! Oh and by the way it heats up in about 15 seconds!

Apologies if this has been asked a zillion times before, but we're coming over from the UK and I was wondering if I should bring my straighteners and US adaptor, or, try and buy a pair of straighteners when we're in Miami

If you think I should buy a new pair, do you think I might get some at a mall anywhere near the port?

I was on the Wonder Disney Cruise last year in April and I bring my straighteners and use US adaptor. It was no problem, at all. Heat up quickly, it was great. No need to buy new one.

If you don't have US adaptor, you can get it from Boots or Airport.

I wish you have a fabulous times on the Cruise, I know you will love it!!

Thank you so much to everyone for your help and advice - I think I'll bring my straighteners from home, plus adapter. I thought I'd read somewhere that UK straighteners wouldn't work so well on board, but I'll give it a go

Being from Aberdeen I'd rather save my money for Disney "essentials"
